Lakshya International Academy is governed by a dedicated School Managing Committee (SMC) comprising members from diverse professional backgrounds to ensure comprehensive institutional administration and community representation. As formally declared in the official governing affidavit, the committee operates under the non-proprietary Sharda Memorial Charitable Trust, and no members of the committee are related to one another.
The committee is led by President Sh. Ramprawesh Ray, a dedicated social worker, alongside Member Secretary Sh. Surendra Rajak (School Principal).
